Market Your Program

Promote your class, event, or program early and often. Email the team at news@edcc.edu.

The sooner we have basic information, the more we can do. Six months out is ideal. Six weeks is very good. Two weeks is adequate. Less than two weeks — send it and we'll do what we can.

The college's Marketing and Public Information team operates as part of the College Relations and Advancement Division.

We do all the communications that tell the community what's happening at the college, including the catalog, class schedule, websites, e-newsletters, reader board, media relations, social networks, advertising, and graphic design.

Emergency Communications

In emergency conditions, key information is posted first on the college home page. Updates and details in any incident will be posted at www.edcc.edu/alert.


Marketing Services

marketing, branding, services Our team manages Edmonds CC's brand, including the College's graphic identity, social media, online presence, and advertising. We create and implement reputation-building strategies to inspire the community to attend, invest in or recommend Edmonds Community College.

Creative Services

colored pencils Our team can help departments and programs plan, design, and produce effective, professional communications — brochures, mailers, videos, electronic campaigns — that meet Edmonds Community College's brand standards.

Media Relations

newspaper computer keyboard Our media-relations experts write press releases and prepare press kits. We also connect media with our faculty and staff and advise departments on how to make good use of media resources.

Web Communications

html code, OU Campus Our web team provides strategic oversight, direction, training and support for the college's websites. We administer the OU Campus content management system, train and provide technical support to web editors.
