Brad Thomas

Greetings! My name is Brad Thomas and I am the Executive Director of the Edmonds CC Foundation where we support student success, access, and excellence by providing scholarships, innovation grants, awards, and emergency funds.

We transform student lives by securing support (time, talent, and treasure) from individuals, companies, and foundations. The Foundation's staff team supports a Board of Directors with community members and volunteer committees all of which support student success and educational excellence both at Edmonds Community College and throughout the community. In addition, we assist loyal donors and community members to leave a legacy to Edmonds CC via their estate plans.

I was born and raised in Olympia, WA where I swam competitively and played water polo plus other sports. I have a daughter who plays lacrosse plus a son who is a college student majoring in International Business in LA. I enjoy doing triathalons, hiking, volunteering, camping, eating out, going to movies, and taking road trips.

I have the privilege of building meaningful relationships with individuals, companies, and foundations. I work with these partners to identify ways they can support student success and transform lives through financial gifts, time, and skills.

I grew up in Edmonds and took my first higher-ed class at Edmonds CC! I have now returned and when I am not chasing around my energetic toddler, I enjoy sewing, traveling, and cooking. Before joining the team at Edmonds CC, I worked for nearly eight years at a Seattle-based hunger relief organization.

Michelle CimaroliCiao! My name is Michelle Cimaroli and I am the Program and Operations Coordinator for Edmonds CC Foundation.

michelle.cimaroli@edcc.edu | 425.640.1707

If you are looking for information about Foundation scholarships, staff and faculty grants, and staff and faculty awards, I am the gal to talk to. In addition to scholarships, grants and awards, I manage the Foundation's database and support special events.

I spent the first 13 years of my life in St. Maarten, Netherlands Antilles. At 13, I moved from the wonderful tropical climate to the frigid winter/hot and muggy summer climate of Chicago, Il. I stayed there for 10 years before coming out to the beautiful Pacific Northwest. In my spare time I love gardening, reading, and doing home improvement projects.
