About Your Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

- Direct deposit (EFT) is available to all employee types.
- The first payroll run after you return your completed EFT form to us is a “test” of the transfer process. A check will be mailed to you via US mail on this payroll run. Please check TLR for confirmation on your direct deposit - this will be your assurance that the test transfer process was successful and will remain in effect until you elect to change it or terminate your employment.
- Your final check upon separation of employment cannot be automatically deposited.
- Some banks may post your automatic payroll deposit later than the hour the bank opens. Consult with your bank for the time of day your funds will be available to you.
It is the employee’s responsibility to notify the Payroll Office of any bank or account information changes that occur. This is vitally important. Failure to do so may result in a delayed payment to the employee of up to 5 days after the pay date.
